A booking is confirmed once taxi Sarthi has recorded your pickup location, destination, and requested time. Please provide accurate pickup details so drivers can reach you smoothly.

Passengers are responsible for being available at the pickup point at the agreed time and for keeping contact details current for coordination.

Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect and follow reasonable safety instructions during each journey.

Cancellation and schedule adjustment requests should be sent as early as possible. Changes follow a consistent procedure, and taxi Sarthi will confirm any update once it has been processed.

Fares and payment expectations are shared when a ride is arranged. Questions about charges can be directed to our support team before or after your trip.
